What an amazing company! We worked with My Favorite Pool Builder for our new inground fiberglass pool. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would. I have watched Steve’s incredible educational videos on you tube and had a question for him. We spoke on the phone. He was so fantastic, trying to help me with my problem that a different pool company caused by incorrectly installing equipment. Final touches on my family's new pool was completed today and we could not be more happy. From the beginning, Steve was on the ball with getting back to us, answering questions, and being transparent with costs/options. After months of speaking with other pool contractors, the difference was a breath of fresh air.
